FrutoVeg is operated by Shree Siddhivinayak Enterprise (MSME Registration: UDYAM-GJ-24-0149926), Vadodara, Gujarat — acting as the authorized marketing and selling entity.
Products & Orders
All FrutoVeg products are dehydrated food powders and flakes including fruit powders (banana, amla, guava, pineapple, sapodilla), vegetable powders (beetroot, carrot, bitter gourd, onion, garlic, ginger, sweet potato, tomato), and herb/leaf powders (moringa, coriander, curry leaf, fenugreek, neem).
Product images are for reference only; actual colour may vary due to natural ingredients.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on frutoveg.odoo.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed before dispatch of goods.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and other methods available at checkout.
- FrutoVeg is not responsible for additional bank charges or currency conversion fees for international orders.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
- International Orders: 15–30 business days; shipping lines include Maersk, MSC, OOCL, and Hamburg Süd.
- Packaging: PP bags, paper bags, or carton boxes in sizes of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 25 kg.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- FrutoVeg is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or force majeure events.
Returns & Refunds
- We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products — not for change of mind.
- Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.

Food Safety & Disclaimer
FrutoVeg products are manufactured under FSSAI and Spice Board certified conditions. All products are naturally dehydrated with no adulteration.
- Products are food supplements/ingredients — not medicines and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
- Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Intellectual Property
The FrutoVeg name, logo, brand identity, and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Shree Siddhivinayak Enterprise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
FrutoVeg and Shree Siddhivinayak Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase price paid by the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
